Solix 12 mega...demo mode

Has anyone ever figured out why the sonars do not show as great as they're supposed to in demo mode they show very very clear. But on the water no matter the adjustments you never get the same quality

Can you post a screen shot, mine seems to be pretty clear

So when you are in demo its picture perfect..but when you are on the lake using the sonar 2D or SI or DI you get the same details like if the unit was still in demo..I spent some time to trying to get that exact quality

Boat speed, scroll speed, water depth and bottom conditions all play a part. The demo is pre recorded so its made to look good. One of the best way to tune in a unit to your liking is to freeze the screen by moving the joy stick to activate the cursor. When you find structure or anything you want better detail on. Once the screen is frozen you can adjust all the settings and color pallets to find out which ones you like best

Also wanna make sure the transducer is level and has a clear view left and right

Imaging can be as clear as demo mode with just a little tweaking.
