No side scan an no down scan on my Lowrance Elite Ti, do I need the 7-pin to 9-pin adapter cable to see those two. Cable wasn't in the box. I can only see 2-D. Thanks for any help.

What transducer are you using now?

You say, you are using 83/200 kHz skimmer transducer. With that transducer you will not get side scan and or down scan. You got to have a total scan to get the side scan/2d/down scan or HDI transducer to get down scan and 2d sonar.

CORECTION: I have the HDI 455/800 9-pin black transducer. Sorry just found it on the box
