Lake Alan Henry Working Man's T 8/18 - 08/12/17 05:27 PM

We are having the twice monthly working man's T on Alan Henry on 8/18, from 6:30, (shotgun start) to 10:30, with your fish in line BY 10:30 at the crappie dock. 3 fish limit, so if you keep 3, 1 must be 18" or longer. $20 entry fee and an optional $5 big bass pot. If less than 10 fish, winner takes all. More than 10 fish it, 70/30 split. I still have the DVD offer available of the lake filmed at 25' depth on 11/27/97 that is almost 1:45 minutes long. It sells for $50 currently. I will be at the ramp about 5:30 to take entries on Friday. Come on out and fish with us. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck. 7 anglers fished the Alan Henry Working Man's T on 8/18, but only4 weighed fish. I had a small one and decided not to weigh it in. First place was 4.64 on 3 fish, big fish was in his sack at 2.22 lbs. 2nd place was 1 fish for 2.20 lbs. Since less than 10 fished we only paid one place. He caught his fish on a whopper plopoer and missed a good fish while doing it. 2nd place caught his on a 10" old monster watermelon red/flake 10" worm. Other fish were caught on topwater (yellow magic) and T-rigged worms. Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.
