If at any time the boat is deemed unsafe or not in compliance with the Texas Boating laws, the boat will not be used for that tournament. All boats MUST have a working live well to help with fish care. Stringers and fish baskets will not be accepted as a means of keeping fish. The Tournament Director or a Committee Member may come aboard your boat at any time during the tournament to determine any rule violation(s).

4. SAFETY: Life vests must be worn and fastened when the outboard engine is in use. Running/navigational lights will be on at dusk and must stay on at all times there after regardless of motor running. Any person deemed intoxicated or under the influence of drugs by a tournament official will be disqualified from the tournament.
