Welsh Winter Bass Tournaments

Welsh 2018 Tournaments will start 11/10/18 go thur 12/29/18. Will be a 5 fish stringer all fish have to be 18” and over will be $60 a boat 1 or 2 Anglers will have a 6.50lb pot $5.00 a boat will roll over to the next week if it’s not hit. If not hit the last tournament BB will take it all.

Got there at 6:30 Wednesday morning and there were 6 or so boats on the water before us. Parking lot was pretty full when we had to leave at noon. Caught a bunch of 3 to 4 lb. fish. Hated to leave, but had to make the 7 hour trip home.

Welsh starts this Saturday. Be there at 5:15 am take entry’s leave at 5:45 am start fishing at 6:15 lines out 2:30 pm have to be in weigh in line at 3pm $60 a boat $10 goes to BB. Will have a side pot for 6.50 lb pot $5 a boat everyone have a good one. I will be there until 6am taking entry’s. All these tournaments are opens doesn’t require membership and payout is 100%

Had 16 boats 1st Barlow and David with 17.98 took home $420 2nd Jeff and Billy with 15.79 took home $270 3 rd and BB Steve and David with 15.61 and BB 4.34 took home $270 see u next week

1st 20.01 Ronnie and Billy took home $420 2nd 18.76 Brad and Todd took home $320 3rd and BB 18.42 BB 4.62 Lynn and Cody took home $280. Had 9 limits fish getting better Everyone have a great week.

This was the last tournament for Welsh Lake for 2018. Had 16 1st Ryan & Larry with 21.85 took home $400 2nd David & Steve with 18.56 took home $280 3rd Dakota Jones with 17.94 took home $120 Big Bass Lynn & James Haskins with 5.52 took home $160.00. Had a good time this year putting this Welsh Tournaments on had a lot of good people fish this year and not one argument lol.I am looking forward to the 2019 Team Bass Season hope all y’all come and fish one of the Division. -Entry Fee will be $100 a boat
-Tournament hours 6:45-2:00
-Pay Out will be 1 place for every 5 boat and will take $10 from each boat for Big Bass Pot
-5 fish limit 18in minimum
-You can fish solo or team
-All state Laws apply for tournament
-All Protest should be taken to tournament director before weigh in ends
