went out to the blue yesterday morning. Got some good fishing in and both my dad and i limited out with 3 fish each. Lost a really big one that couldnt stop jumping while trying to grab my net

nontheless, i still caught a PB trout of 13 inches [Linked Image]

Very good. Tail looks perfect. Hearing these are actually from Missouri this year.

this rainbow in particular, out of the 5 others we kept, had an orange flesh compared to the usual stocker white. tasted delicious, though i kind of regret not doing a smoked and glazed fillet.

my phone camera unfortunately didn't capture it all to well, but it was very similar to a salmon orange found at the super market.
