I am willing to hesitate a guess that not many watched this video, due to lack of (fish) pornographic content, but ...This story did have some interesting subplots when it came to names on paper for development of this environmentally sensitive area of the Trinity River. Ultimately, Fort Worth allowed the dozers to roll of course. Names on publicly accessible docs (at that time) were distinctly Eastern Bloc with hints of girlfriend shell games.
