Anyone familiar with this area, looks beautiful and perfect for a kayak. Name is Old Ingram Lake. We are in the area for about a month or this virus calms down some.

I fished a lot above Ingram lake...did real well with bass, bluegill and red ears.

Never go the chance to fish below the dam, but it always looked REALLY fishy to me....especially where Johnson Creek goes into the river. I would love to fish that area.

Some good fish in the Kerrville area. Like stated above. Bass,Bluegill, and Redear! You might also try the Rebecca Creek area.

Lived there for 3 years. I never fished the lake, bu ton the North Fork and South Fork of the Guadalupe all up above it. Fished out of a kayak and just waded a lot of the stretches. Always caught a lot of fish, but never anything of real size. Fun on a 3wt though for sure..

Also some good stuff almost in Kerrville in town. Walk downstream from the city park dam to G street. Good holes in there scattered.
