Mill Run's White Bass Fly

Anyone know something about this particular company or lure. Package reads; Mill Run's White Bass Fly /Wt. 1/12th oz. Length 1 1/2" Red and White / Known the world over, for white and black bass, walleyes, trout and all other fresh and salt water fish. Weighted head and nylon tail. Made in USA. will add pics.

To begin with it is not a fly, however there are those who cast and fish those and similar lures with a fly rod.

Must have missed my little part of the world known as East Texas, LOL.
