Galveston East Bay 3/5/22 - 03/07/22 06:01 PM

Water 58 degrees, tides have been super low, so come on Spring. Caught good numbers of Speckled Trout on Down South (Key Lime) soft plastics with 1/4 ounce heads fished very slowly. Fish were pretty scattered on protected shorelines, but were aggressive. Strong South wind limited our areas of where we could fish, but overall a great day to be on the waters of the Upper Texas Coast.

At the same time, day on the water beats a day any where else!

Amen to that Brother - Fishing should begin to get better in the coming weeks, as well as the weather patterns begin to straighten out a little. The Fronts that continue to hit us have been a real downer.
