Prayers needed

Hey guys this old Vet never asks for much, but now I'm asking for prayer, I have melanoma cancer now, caused from extreme exposure to agent Orange in Viet Nam, my older brother was in Nam a year before me, when he developed melanoma cancer 10 years ago, he died within a year. They cut my growths out, sent them to pathology lab, lab said it was all out, no signs of cancer cells in the deep layers, whatever that means, but now a month later its back exactly where it was cut out. So I really need prayer as much as I can get, thanks guys.

Just James...I was in Vietnam 1964-65 Bien Hoa. Diagnosed with leukemia in Feb 2011...once again agent orange strikes ! I have had a few rough times, but here I am going strong in 2017. Prayer works...I was suppose to be gone long ago. I filed a claim in 2012 with the VA...it was approved at 100%, so if you haven't filed a claim with the VA, do so as ASAP. An approved claim has so many benefits which will help you, but also your family. If I can be of any help, drop me an IM, etc.

Just James - I am from that era, never served but know many who did and have a tremendous admiration and respect for all Viet Nam Vets as well as all military. I was named after my Uncle who died in WW11, my dad was in the Air Force WW11, uncle was a Pearl Harbor survivor and brother that retired from the Navy. I want to thank everyone who prayed for me and give a update : PRAYER WORKS !! Dr was shocked with my results, and the dr said " sometimes its best we dont try to figure out the unknown, go home and we will see you in 6 mts for a checkup. Praise JESUS !!

JJ, glad to hear the news. I dont know where you are gettingbtreatment, but as a merkel cell carcinoma survivor, I dealt with lots of info on melanomas as well. The use of immunotherapy drugs on melanomas is nothing short of amazing. I hope that things continue to go well for you.
