I will be in Granite Shoals/Marble Falls on March 29/30. I am considering hiring a guide to fish with. I don't particulary care what I fish for, but I'm taking my wife, and she has little patience, so catching is important. What would you suggest fishing for and who would you suggest? capt david

I would hire Fermin and fish lake buchanan or inks lake for hybrids and stripers. I have been catching a lot on buchanan. Lake LBJ or Marble Falls have black bass. White bass and crappie caught at night under dock lights.

Buchanan. I've fished with guides Ken Milam and Jerry Moore.
Both have 20 years plus on Buchanan on striper. They both
have websites. Just Google their name with striper beside it.
