I just got a response back from Jason Gilstrap--Lowrance Pro Staff & Representative.I have been looking for a slide in map tray for my lowrance unit that was not supposed to be available.He is going to send me one.Now that is Great Customer Relations.That is how you keep your customers Happy and keep them buying Lowrance products in the future.Thanks again Jason.

jason is truly- "da man" for lowrance. He's the only reason i have a couple units back on my boat (well, that, and they were cheap and a great upgrade from what i had).

Thanks guys, but I'm not the man. There's several people behind the scene too, there names have to go silent, because of corp rules. FYI, All the people behind the scene do work in Lowrance CS Dept. Also Team MadMac, James Caldemeyer and Rob Jasper does a great job too.

jason is snowed in his truck right now, he cant comment hehe.

It was pretty bad up here this morning @ my station had 20-21 inchs of snow. Most of the morning was white out conditions to.
