Boat slip on Sam Rayburn - 01/24/23 06:43 PM

My brother is looking for a boat slip on Rayburn to keep his pontoon year round.
Anyone have any suggestions?

They are working on the ones at Sam Rayburn Marina, not sure if they off year round or not. It is owned by Rayburn Country now. Might keep an eye on the website to see if they have any info.

Only 2 places that have boat stalls. Jackson Hill and Sam Rayburn Marina. In my opinion this is not a lake to leave your boat in a boat stall year round.

Thanks - he just bought a house near Lufkin and was wanting to keep the boat at the lake so he doesnt have to load and launch by himself.

Not at Rayburn. Very few on the water marinas, which is a good thing.

We have boat and RV storage in Jasper next to Ann's Tackle if that would be an option.

There is a marina at Shirley Creek. I don't see boat stalls offered on the web site but it is a pleasant place and the ramp is usable when high water closes others.
