just look at the console and if you see an obvious seam at the gunwale then crawl under and look for the bolts, if no seam then a sawzall would still do it.
Hahaha. Sawzall would work, but it might not look too great.
Some factory installed second consoles are physically separate, but epoxied on and don’t come out. Easily.
On my skeeter TZX, it is permanent.
