Hey guys, I’m getting consistently skunked on Ray Bob...I think I’ve lost what ever small skill set I had! Any help finding Bass, sandies, and or crappie would be greatly appreciated! Don’t want to sell my boat...but dang!

I’m going to be out here this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday...hopefully something will click eventually!

Please help!
Thank you!

It's Summer, it's hot, it happens. To all of us. Fish early mornings and late afternoons.

Crappie are in the timber, they are down 15 to 24 foot deep. Sand Bass are stacked up early schooling down near state Park cove east of dam, go somewhere else if you want to Bass fish

You can usually find Bass and crappie in the areas where the tracks cross the creeks.

I fished Ray Roberts this morning from 6:30 AM until 9:30 AM down near the dam… Caught seven bass the largest was almost 5 pounds… All on top water… Main lake points on the east side with Rocky gravel bottom… The sand bass were at the damn early and then apparently they moved to the west side of wolf Island because there’s about 15 boats out there when I was heading home… Hope this helps… Like someone said earlier the key is getting there at son up the best bite is the first hour of daylight
