Anyone know the name of this knot?

It was shown to me about 12-15 years ago at a fishing show, and even he didn't know the name of it or the origin. However, it has NEVER come un-tied in 12 years of using it, and is one of the fastest knots to tie for its strength!

Anyone know the name of this knot or use it too?
