What is the difference between the two? I am looking to order some tungsten weights and they have the same sizes in both. what is the main difference?

Shape is the only difference. I prefer a flipping weight all of the time.

I like the "flipping" weights for punching or short almost vertical presentations with beaver/bulkier baits. If I'm making longer casts or using skinnier worms/baby brush hogs I like the thinner "worm" weights.

Use bullet weights for most everything. Works.
