Boat Launch at Trammel Crow Park in Dallas?

can you launch a motorized boat there? Some of those parks only allow kayaks and canoes. I have a jon boat with a 5 hp motor. Can I launch it there? I have never been there.... it is just south of downtown on the Trinity River. Thanks and God Bless!
