Lake Toho, FL guide recommendations?

I have a family Disney trip booked for the beginning of January and am looking to take my 17 year old son on a trip while we are there. I know Toho is right there and was wondering if anyone could recommend a guide around that area?

I fished today from 0800 to 2pm. We caught 11 LMB all on weightless stick baits. The spawn looked to be about 70% done. I highly recommend Captain Butler. He was referred to me by Art Ferguson (another highly recommended guide)
