I just got home for the summer from College Station and have an older Ranger bass boat that I kept inside our barn most of the winter while I was in school. What kind of stuff do yall use to put the shine back on your boat? I have a power washer that will get all the dust off but besides wax is there anything else that works well for the fiberglass?

If you put a good wax on it before you put it up you should only need to wash and wax it again before putting it on the water.

Bass Boat Saver is what you want. You spray it on and wipe it off. It works on everything. It is a cleaner and protectant.
Bow to Stearn is another good product but it is more like a wax. You spray it on, let it dry to a light haze and wipe it off. Both are easy to use and both work very well. I think Bass Boat Saver is more versitile because it can be used on the seats and the trailer tires also. I think Bass Boat Saver cleans a little better than Bow to Stearn. Whatever you do DO NOT use either one on your trailer because it will make it too slick and you will bust your shin on it. Believe me, I know. It hurt all day long. Never did that again.

NEVER on a fiberglass boat..

Use the products for what they are designed for.

Windex is for glass.

If the surface is really dull you may have to wet sand it and then polish it.
