Which would you buy? 12 foot pescador sot for 400 that slightly used plus comes with paddles or ascend fs12 sit inside for 400 that's still brand new but no paddles. Plus which is better sit on top or sit inside? Thanks guys

Which is better probably comes down to personal pref and use. I like the sit on's for me they are easier to get in and out of and launch. The pescador also is 20lbs lighter. Now the ascend does come with the rodholders and anchor system, adjustable seat as well.

Plus which is better sit on top or sit inside? Thanks guys You should do your best to paddle both of them. I have. I'm 6'5", 260#. I'll take the Ascend every time. There are quite a few other guys on here that jumped on to the SOT bandwagon without really doing the leg work, and after a going through a few kayaks, they ended up in Sit In kayaks and were much more comfortable. There is the GTG tomorrow at Lake Lavon. There will be many kayaks that you can demo. That's the best advice you will get on here. Go paddle them first.
