I was worried at first, due to the fact that you give a little on the drag for the speed.
But I haven't had any problems with it.
Caught several 5 to 6lbers on it so far.
I have 3 of them and use them for frogs, flipping and swim jigs.
You can sure cover some water with it.
Hope this helps and good luck

I like the reel but for the price I think there are better shimano products.

Have had two Revo premiers and a winch. The premiers were fine in the beginning but after a couple of years they were wore out. The Winch still works pretty good, gotta Daiwa crazy cranker and it's a much better product as opposed to the Abu. Granted it cost about twice as much as well. I have several Shimanos that I've had for close to twenty years that work just as good today as thet did the day I got them.
