Has anyone tried the revo rocket for frog fishing? If so What do you think?

I was worried at first, due to the fact that you give a little on the drag for the speed. But I haven't had any problems with it. Caught several 5 to 6lbers on it so far. I have 3 of them and use them for frogs, flipping and swim jigs. You can sure cover some water with it. Hope this helps and good luck

I like the reel but for the price I think there are better shimano products.

Will never buy another Abu Garcia or Quantum product. Por que? I have used revo s and sx almost exclusively since they came out and never had a problem...

Have had two Revo premiers and a winch. The premiers were fine in the beginning but after a couple of years they were wore out. The Winch still works pretty good, gotta Daiwa crazy cranker and it's a much better product as opposed to the Abu. Granted it cost about twice as much as well. I have several Shimanos that I've had for close to twenty years that work just as good today as thet did the day I got them.
