Looking for someone around the cedar creek lake area to adjust my pro xs 250 for max rpm and speed.

What are ya "adjusting"? Motor performance? Boat set up ie: offset, height, prop?

being adjusting the height,can't get but 5600 rpms.needs to come up some more?

Go here first. Ya might wanna talk ta Steve 'bout prop size. Could be some of your problem also. He knows these "heavy" boats lots better than most......

What jack plate do you have and what prop are you running?

It has a 10 in slidemaster jackplate and a 25 p fury prop.

you'll need a 3/4 wrench. loosen the side bolts
the tighten the big nut on top center of plate to bring it up.

take a measurement first. and mark the jack plate so you'll know where you
started,etc.

Who woulda thought it!

Just a suggestion on movin' it. Use a little wd on tha plate where it slides and tha threads of tha BIG screw. After ya turn tha BIG screw either way a coupla turns, shake tha motor by hand a little ta make sure its movin' free and even on both sides. It helps a bunch.......
