I am going to take my first attempt at filling some holes from previously mounted mighty mount. Can y'all help with tips or tricks? I picked up some papaya plastic, a 30 watt hobby tool and a 180 watt soldering gun and watched a couple videos. I decided to move my visicarbon pro closer to my seat for easier access. But before I mount it in it's new location I wanted to make sure I could fill the old holes. Thanks in advance for any help.
Tight Lines, Adrian

Adrian,
If you close to Ray Roberts and can swing by my house here I'll be happy to teach you.

And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

I use the same method to weld plastic that I use when brazing.

I closed the few small holes like that on my PA. Just clean it up and use the soldering iron to get it soft and a stainless steel knife or drywall spreader to even it up. I use shavings from when I drilled the holes for my passed through cable fittings. It was surprisingly easy and you can't even tell there was a hole in it. 15 minute kinda deal.

That was painless! The harbor freight 9 dollar 30 watt hobby knife kit worked great for this project. I just have to give it a quick sanding and then I'll post before and after pics. Thanks again for all the help gents. It is much appreciated!

Just a bit of additional info. I use 12 inch wire ties as welding rods. Depot, Harbor Freight, and Northern Tool all carry them in a bunch of different colors.
