A shout out to pastor John for helping me out today..he hollered and waved at me as I was coming in with my group and he was heading out....I went in and cleaned my fish and then decided to go back out to do a little
R &D by myself...
So I'm out there trying some new techniques and catching fish as fast i could he come by again so I wave him down and tell him to try what I was doing...so we are both out there fishing the same area and still catching fish when all of a sudden my boat cuts out and won't run...me being mechanically challenged knew nothing but to ask him to tow me back to highport ...so I'm being towed in by Pastor John and about ten minutes later go to squeeze my fuel bubble and turn the key and it's starts right up and runs..so we unhooked and he followed me back to highport to make sure I made it back...everything seems fine..musta been some air in the gas lines or sumthin.
Anyway all is well and a big thanks to Pastor John for being willing to help me out !! Hope ya caught a bunch after I went in !!

Pastor John is a good dude. I like a guide that works all morning with clients and then goes back out to fish just for fun. Good to see you on line again.

More to the story. I was with Pastor John. When we got back to the marina, JD cut his lures off his poles and gave them to us.
Another shout out to Pastor John, thanks for taking me fishing, once again, I had great time with you. We caught 5 stripers and a nice size sand bass.
What a beautiful calm day on Texoma and so glad to fish somewhere other than Lewisville.
It does say something about a guide that will go back out and fish alone for the love of fishing and to get prepared for the next group of customers.

I'm glad I was there to lend a hand JD. I know you would do the same. I sat there watching JD catch one fish after another with an occasional whiff of cigar. It was sure nice of JD to tell me how to put a few in the boat. It was a beautiful day with calm wind and flat water. I really enjoyed the day, and had a good time catching stripers with Ron.

If ya want two more of those lures I'll tell ya where they are...stuck on a stump in about 15 foot of water south side of north island..left em there today
