Well have had we enough rain in the right place to let me launch all week. The lake level right now is 429.01 (11ft low ). I have been fishing cooper all week when the WEATHER (wind) would let me. The water is on the muddy side but the hybrids are biting. I am finding them in shallow water on main lake points. I am using a sassy shad on a 1/2oz head. Cooper has MANY underwater HAZARDS right now. WATCH YOUR GPS and DO NOT RUN OVER ANY main lake humps. If you are launching a bigger boat you will need to launch at docters creek, you can launch smaller boats at Tira ramp. Here is some pics from this week.  [/URL

It's good to see Cooper catch some water. Did this cold front affect the bite? I'd love to go between now and Saturday, guess I better launch at Doctors Creek if I do. I won't even keep a fish, I just want to get my boys into some fish.

Dr Creek is the ramp I have been using. It is shallow getting through the cut, but I have had no problems.
Stratos I have seen Steve on Cooper 1 time in the last two years.
The cold front did effect the bite yesterday IT WAS VERY HARD fishing yesterday.
