I have a 2000 Mercury 225 EFI (0T019834) and it appears the lower swivel bushing is bad. Does anyone have a ball park price to repair this?

http://www.boats.net/parts/search/Mercur...0Arm/parts.html Look at #13 real good to make shure the bottom lock ring area is still good. Have seen them rusted away. New yoke is not available. 325.00 to fix.

That area still looks good, lock ring still in place. Would that price be having some one fix it, or me fixing it?
