 Cooper ramps???

Does anyone know the status of the ramps at Cooper? I know they are still unusable but last report I saw said they needed about 12 inches of water to be able to launch. Wondering if it is worse than that now or a little better. Probably about the same is my guess.

Last saturday there was enough water at Dr Creek for a kayak to paddle out, barely. It needs about another foot of water for a boat to be able to get in or out of the pass. The rest of the ramps are bone dry.
