Bill, you must be having nightmares????? Heading out this morning, a little later than my normal due to my partner.
My buddy is selling his boat and has it on his trailer so he told me I can use his
boat house till he decides and gets another one. So, spent yesterday putting my boat in his slip......so much easier to get out alone so I'll be on the water now just about every day!
Be nice Bill, for a change, and maybe I'll let you know what's happening up here on CCL. Be super nice and I might even let you join me!

I'm worried about you Bill!!!
Todd, one of the main reasons I live on CCL is my boat dock. Unfortunately, I haven't had enough water under it since last July to use it. And that is a real bummer! Plus, I put a big piece of brush out by the waters edge last year and when the lake came up a little bit, it pushed it right into my dock. I can't get close enough to it to haul it out and sink it so now I have this big ole tree where my boat is supposed to be. I hate when that happens!

Bob, glad you found a place for the boat. Once I get this remodel crew out of here I hope to get out again. Still working on a couple of options to put my boat in a lift too.

Woody, good luck finding a place. There are several that are open with enough water under them but, you have to search and find an owner that will agree to let you use it. I'm thinking maybe a realtor could help? Lots of places for sale around the lake that appear to be available. We need to discuss over breakfast one day soon?

Bright sun, no wind, warm day. Totally skunked, period. Worst day I can ever remember.
Didn't even mark bait fish until around 2 pm. Then in only one small spot. That was it.

I got the skunk also at Joe Pool, I got one small one up on the bank but if fell off the hook and flopped to freedom back to the water!! It wasn't a keeper anyways. I think everyone got skunked. Gonna try Saturday morning and Sunday!!
