Just wondering if there is water flow and if the fish could make it upstream.

Thanks

With all this rain, will the run pick up? Tired of fishing in the sewer drains.

I bet there is now. I live right on Rowlett creek in Allen and that creek was rolling after the rain and is still up.

RC is flowing 8 inches higher than it was last week. 5 inch visibility today. Wednesday should definetly be fishable.

I just went out today in the morning and the water in RC is still low and muddy. NO fish yet.

Hope to hit it later in the week . Don't get off work till 5:00 so it will just be a quick one but hope to at least get an idea of what to look for.

I went to check it out this morning in my mud boots. Went to bike trail place the water was really dirty. Will definitly be later in the week before you can see anything. I am new to fishing at RC any suggestions as to what to look for when finding a spot to fish? Does anyone think that the fish have made it past the Miller road bridge construction?

By the way now I understand everyones suggestions for rope lol it was slick and would have been almost impossible to climb back up the side had you climbed down.

Hi Fisherman13,
The rope is very good idea. I almost fell down to the stream because it is very slippery. I am not sure if sandie and hybrid make it to upstream because not enough water. More rain please !!

I read that to be safe you should buy some cleats and a good rope.
