my son and I went out today to wet a hook. put in at twin points at 10:30. water temp 48 degrees. headed north working windy points and rocky shores. fishing a lot slower than last trip and most fish a lot smaller. finally ended up with 34 fish (22 sandies and 12 blacks) and that was between us. water temp where we were fishing was 53 to 54 degrees and very windy. all fish caught on 3" sassy shad type baits on 1/4 oz. jig head. son kept 6 nice ones for his families dinner rest returned to fight another day. off water at 3:30. all in all a great day for both of us.

4 of the blacks were over 2 1/2 lbs. rest were dinks about11"
