I'm home from Saudi I only have 2 days to use my boat I bought. Its a proline 190 with a mercury 135 my dad raised the motor all the way up and the switch works the motor in wont come down it makes a noise. The later is off for traveling could it be low of hideous oil.need help.

Try the manual release. Should be a large flat head nearby the trim unit.
