I was wondering what's the hottest water temps anyone has caught fish in? mainly power plant lakes.

I've caught fish in water north of a 100 on top water.

Last summer I caught fish in water that was over 100 for the 1st time. In a few spots in Twin Buttes while the water wasn't flowing. Early July.

I have caught fish in 87 degree cooling pools from power plants while the air temperature was 8 degrees F


Long time bass fisherman, in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida, West by God Virginia,Minnesota,Indiana,Canada and now my new home state of Texas.

have caught numerous bass in 115' water @ fayette county. The fish are hot to the touch and it's like fishing in a sauna

Nasworthy, without the power plant, stays above 93 most of the summer. A few years back we were night fishing out there out of an aluminum john boat. The air was about 78. The boat was getting warm to the touch and making us kinda nauseous from the heat.

Me and my brother in law caught fish two summers ago on perky lake at the discharge on topwater and th le water temp was 104*

in the middle of the summer I have fished the hot water side of Arlington reaching 114.
