 HELP ME ASAP!!!! ENGINE ALARM!!

Since 4:30 today my engine alarm had been going off and the boat has been sitting still in the drive way!! The boat is NOT ON AND DOES NOT HAVE THE KEY IN IT. The motor is a 2004 Suzuki 115hp four stroke. It started at a beep.....beep.....beep....beep then a beep..beep..beep..beep to a beep beep beep beep beep beep very rapidly. Now it's a solid errrrrrrrrrrrrrr. It just started the long constant sound. Like I said the boat has been off and key is out. The sound is still going. I'm worried it's screwing up the boat or is making it worse(whatever the problem is)! Please help!

I'm sure its a faulty alarm going off. I'd just unhook the battery and take it in for someone to look at.

TO RESET:
1. TURN IGNITION KEY ON
2. PULL OUT THE EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON 3 TIMES IN TEN SECONDS, A SHORT BEEP WILL BE HEARD IF CANCELATION WAS SUCCESSFUL. TURN KEY OFF AND PUT EMERGENCY STOP LANYARD BACK ON ITS BUTTON.
