Is the boat show worth it from a fishing perspective? It looks like 95% ski boats and jet skis. Just curious if anyone has gone and ks it worth the time and cost?

Fun for my kids but there were just two bass boat brands and three bay boat brands along with a couple of aluminum. Now those five brands did bring some different models but it was still pretty limited. There were some guides and a few tackle companies represented too but it depends on your purpose for going - just something to do or you're actually boat shopping. If the latter, then you better be looking at Skeeter, Legend, Nautic Star, Blue Wave, Sea Hunt or Xpress.

Thank you for the update......I was thinking that might be the case....Dallas seems to really cater just to the big boat and ski community, while the fishermen are mostly ignored.
