one thing is for sure ....she is the best remover of crappie slime ever woot
at 12 pounds she can sure clean up a big mess of fish slime ......

I try to be sure not to git no bones
and remove as much meat as possible
takes a little longer
but a limit of decent fish made
10 lbs 4 ounces a fillets this way thumb

Ketchn I just had a funny thought for a video. It would be funny as heck to take some of those cleaned crappie and hook them on someones juglines out in the lake and watch them pull them up. Dang the thoughts I have sometimes!

i don't use an electric knife yawl
just an ole wore in good Rapala used to be 7 incher
since i don't actually clean very many i take my time with em
it probably takes me 60 to 90 seconds per fish
i move quickest on the smaller fish ...i think
never timed me ....
and i don't like the ribs out later thing much
i suppose i could do a video of it ...but it aint complicated ...
i just follow the skeletal structure close as i can
and the first side is always the easiest ,,,hahaha
