I bought one of there 15 amp charger and had a small issue with it. After talking to their customer service. I was told to send it to a location in Texas along with the receipt. After not finding the receipt, I contacted the home office in Il. I received an e mail from a Willis Dawson who advised to send the unit to him. I did as requested, Today I received a brand new charger. This is what I call customer service at it's best. If you are looking for a charger and a company that backs them, give the Schumacher company a shot at your business you will not be dissapointed.

I used to work at a shop 100 feet from their shop in Blue Ash Ohio Needless to say we bought all our chargers from them for our service vans. Excellent products.

They make chargers under different names too. Unsure of the different names but they do.
