I use a Fuji Finepix XP60. A little over a hundred, 120-140 range, but by far the best waterproof point and shoot I have bought and used so far. It fits in my Chinook front pocket and I can have a fish in one hand, then get it out, turn on, shoot, turn off, put back, zip up, all with the other hand, then let the record breaking bass back in the water. I also use it off the water as well. Good quality and easy to use. Just my opinion of course. Good luck with the search.

One thing that I would consider if you have a smart phone is one of the water proof pouches. I have one that fits my Galaxy S3 and it takes great pics through the pouch. They run anywhere from $6.00 - $30.00. You can get them at most kayak shots, and Academy. I've seen ones for Ipads.

I just ordered a FinePix XP60 from amazon. And a floating wristband so I won't lose it to Mr. Jones. Paid 134 bucks for both delivered. Question for the guys that use this camera. How does the video look on this camera? Also do you have a spare battery or does the battery last a while on these cameras? Thanks! I use a Fuji Finepix XP60. The video is pretty decent, and great for youtube, but I don't think Hollywood's next blockbuster will be filmed on it. I don't usually use the video part, I use gopros for that, but have used it some. The battery hasn't been an issue for me at all. Fully charged it will last many, many trips, but that's not using video much. I'm sure if you're using video a lot, you will have to charge it up before every trip. Have fun with the new camera!

I've had an Olympus Stylus Tough for 5+ years and I love it. +1 .. been a great camera for me ... taken some beatings but just keeps working. Unfortunately, I may have to upgrade soon as seems like all the tournaments now are requiring SD cards and mine is from the generation when Olympus and Fuji were infatuated with xD. Why can you not use your cell phone for KW? Short answer is ... You can. Here is an excerpt from the KW rules. Pictures are required for ALL point submissions. Photos must be at least 800x600 resolution to be accepted. Cell phones can be used but be sure that the minimum resolutions and date and time requirements are met. I thought I remembered seeing a specific discussion on use of iPhones for KW submissions either on the KW website or the KW forums, but can't seem to find it at the moment.
This might be the weirdest, most pointless post ever. I am not against golf, since I cannot but suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering fishing
