I'm in town for about a month and would love to find a few spots where I can do some Bass fishing from the bank. There doesn't seem to be a lot of options in Houston. I'm staying near Reliant Stadium but would be willing to drive an hour or so in any direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Lake Houston would probably be closest to you. Clear lake isn't too far. Lake Somerville just north. Plenty of Bayous and creeks as well. Buffalo Bayou has fish in it I hear. Don't eat them though.

Thanks Ozark88! I'll probably start with Lake Houston.
