 PAA and equipment discounts?

Anyone on the site a member of the PAA? I was looking to buy some dobyn's rod and heard they give a pretty good discount if you are a paa member. Anyone have any first hand experience? Also, which membership did you get? I don't tournament fish too much anymore, but like the idea of incentive money.

I think the discount dropped off pretty good. From what I remember after looking into this last year, you're better off waiting for one of the Tackle Warehouse sales than you are paying for a PAA membership. But I could be wrong on that.

I heard it was like 40%, which is HUGE! I bet they did back it off a little if that's what it was. Looking at the site I can't tell what it is currently. Any members confirm the current Dobyns discount? thanks.

I used to get some huge discounts from strike king. It's the real deal.

25% but u have to pay shipping. most discounts are from 15-25% off
