Been lurking on these forums for a while. I bought a house on desert Corpus christi about a year ago. Well now its a lake again and i would like to learn how to find and catch crappie. (only way i know how is under lights off peir) Been reading for info but was actually looking for someone willing to maybe meet up with me and show me the ropes. Thanks in advance for any tips.

I've done well in the past in the spring/early summer. If you can find some trees near rocky shores in about 7-12 foot, you should do well. I use minnows or jigs. Not sure how long it will take for them to come back after it being so low the past couple years. I'll find out in about 3-4 months!
