This is for a big crowd or a couple big guys who like beans

128 oz Pork and Beans
1 lb hamburger
1 lb of bacon
8 oz BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 bell pepper
1 c brown sugar
1/4 cup reg sugar
1/2 c mustard
1 med yellow onion
1/2 c ketchup
salt and pepper to taste

Chop onion, bell pepper, cut bacon into small pieces about 1 inch wide
in a skillet cook bacon till done, remove bacon, then sautee onions and bell pepper in bacon grease till onions and peppers are soft and translucent
remove onions,peppers and bacon set aside,wipe skillet out cook HB meat till done, drain add bacon,onion and pepper back into pan set aside

in another large stock pot add pork and beans and all the rest of the stuff, then add all the stuff from the frying pan, bacon HB onion bell pepper
stur ,mixing all the items together and salt and pepper to taste
let simmer till hot, be careful sturring the pork and beans will break down and turn to mush

Grab a big bowl and get started

Sounds good. When are you going to cook some at the lake? The camper will be too small after eating them.
