So I was on Palestine last weekend, wearing out 9" crappie, and I got tired of it. I decided to go fish for sandies. Went to a spot and marked some fish and threw out my trusty spoon. Caught this guy my 3rd cast. I've fished for em countless nights and never gotten any luck. I did a little jig by myself when I caught it.

Yeah I snagged him on a spoon and he got kept. They're hard to come by this time of year.
