I'm looking for a reliable and honest outboard service shop near Grapevine. Any suggestions for a good one or one to stay away from would be greatly appreciated. Anyone but Bass Pro or Cabela's.

This may be a little far to help you, but David Weaver, D & B Boat Motor Repair does a good job. He is honest and will get your boat our quick. Good luck

This is in Alvarado, but if you want honest and great work done go see Charlie or keith prater on hwy 67 west in Alvarado. Great people to work with.

I have found that sometimes you gotta drive some distance to find a good boat shop. For me, I'll drive 60 miles one way to have my motor serviced at Kroll's Marine in Rosenberg, TX.
I know this doesn't help you other than to illustrate that sometimes you gotts put in the miles to find a place you trust.

Take it to Rockwall Marine. I live in Keller and its worth the drive.

Good luck +1, I have known David for 30+ years. 972-223-2781 He is honest and resonable. He gets all my work. I use to work just down the road when he was on Harry Hines. I stopped in a lot on my lunch breaks. I know there was a place in Roanoke but not sure if it is still there.

Service Marine gets my vote,alittle further than Rockwall Marine,but well worth it
