Jul 2nd Dr. told me 2 lose weight, as of today I've lost 68.7 lbs, my goal is another 68 lbs

Thanx Guys. I weighed 311.1 on Jul 2nd when I went to my VA physical & am headed to my Basic Training weight of 175. Never to look back. Have to be here for my 3 sons.
