flag Hey DW. I see that Limestone caught over 6ft. of water and is now full. I wish that Belton would catch another 10+ ft. then maybe the fishing would get back to normal.

Me and my brother in law went to fish Lake Limestone back in 1987. We pulled up to the boat ramp and this guy was waving at us like all get out. I told my Brother in Law man these people sure are nice here that guy is just a waving at us like he's our best buddy. Well about 10 seconds later we realized we made a wrong turn and came back to the boat ramp. Right there in the middle of the boat ramp was the cab of this guy's truck with only about 6" of water sticking up. He said that as he was backing his boat up odd of the trailer the truck popped out of gear and that he had not set the emergency brake. He realized what happend and tried to put it in gear and push it back up thinking he could then jump in the water and run up and save his boat, he said he was fighting a loosing battle and gave up cause he did not want to ruin his lower unit as he was starting to go up on the back of the truck. We had some chains and he went in and hooked it up to his bumper and we pulled him out. Needles to say his day was ruined. Caught lots of catfish that day!

flag That's right Bill. You can count on me when you find good fish. That's what I always tell Ken. If he can find the fish I can catch them. Seems like a good plan to me.
