I haven't fished for stripers/hybrids/sandies in over 4 months! Feeling the itch to get back on them, anyone have any tips as to where I should go tomorrow? I'm leaning towards texoma since I've heard the top water bite has been fair, I could also try to fish for bass as well.

If I do fish texoma where would the best place for me to launch and not have to run too far for some fish action? Any help is appreciated! Might have an open back seat as well if anyone is interested and knows where to go!

I have two friends who used a guide on Texoma today and caught two stripers and one channel cat. They could see the fish all stacked up but could not get them to bite no matter what they threw at them. The falling temps and the rising barometer shut them down.

Haven't been in months, I figured I would try chug bugs around the island out front of high port? Any idea where the best places for a newbie to try and catch some fish? As well as a place that's open early so I can get my texoma license on my way from Dallas?

Not asking for hot spots but would love to not strike out. Should I bring my cast net? Where to get shad?

Go to High point and fish the islands. Better have a fast quiet trolling motor, as the schooling stripers move fast. If you find the stripers and get close enough to cast, you'll catch them.

John 21:3 Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee.

There is a gas station a mile or two up the road from high point that is open early and sells the Texoma license

License: The Walmart exit 69/hwy 120, or the Mobil station on Highport Rd. and 289. One other place I just thought of is the front desk at Tanglewood.

I always purchase fishing licenses on line. No lines and you can get it anytime.
