Hey guys I am heading to Rayburn this weekend first time there since summer. My question is, is the lake turning over or has it already? Next should I focus on brush piles or grass I know its fall and the grass should be heating up. I DO NOT want any spots or secrets just some basic info to help save some gas.

I would try the grass and drains on flats. Maybe some points if the wind blows but its supposed to be pretty chilly with these fronts. Rayburn is always tuff on bluebird days with high pressure, at least for me. Good luck and post a report

Get those spots out you can definately catch the hell out of those little mean suckers. I did alright last week on main lake points nothing big I think my biggest was 3.5 just tons of small fish. You just have to do some graph work and see if you can weed through the small stuff.
